Dr. Nicholas Burbules is a full professor in the Department of Educational Policy Studies at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. He holds a joint appointment with the Unit for Criticism and Interpretive Theory. Areas of interest are Philosophy of Education, Educational Policy and Technology Studies in Education. He actively participates as Editor of Educational Theory, Series editor of Philosophy, Theory, and Educational Research and co-founder, Educational Review.
